  • Design of all load bearing structures of the object.
  • The foundation was designed on the bored piles CFA combined with grillage footing.
  • The upper structure was constructed with filigreed ceilings.
  • The last floor ceiling as well as the construction of terrace was designed as a composite steel and concrete structure.
